What is your return policy? TOP

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days for an exchange or full refund (less shipping charges). Simply mail the purchase back to us in the ORIGINAL BOX and we will issue you a check or a credit card refund within 14 days of receipt. (We cannot accept worn bows, or merchandise which has been damaged in the return process, i.e. bows smashed in an envelope. Bows must be packaged in a BOX for us to accept the return.)

What is the shipping cost? TOP
Shipping is a flat rate of 2.00 on orders under 5.00. Orders 5.00 and over are FREE!

How will my order be shipped? TOP
Items are usually shipped within 24-48 hrs and all orders are shipped USPS 3-5 day shipping.We will ship next day or 2nd day at an extra cost. Large orders will take longer to ship.

Will you make bows in school colors? TOP
We love to make bows for any school as long as we can get your school colors. Feel free to send us a picture of your school colors using the contact link.

How do you pay for special orders? TOP
Special orders can be paid in several ways. If you are local we are happy to hand deliver your bows and collect your payment. We will take a check, cashier's checks, money orders, COD payments and we are working on taking credit card payments on the site. Note: If you pay with a personal check it will delay your order 7 days in order for the check to clear.

Is there a way to tell if my order has shipped yet? TOP
Yes! Just go to our order status link and put in your order information. You will be able to view your order and see if it has been processed and shipped yet.

Can you send me a catalog? TOP
Sorry! We do not have a printed catalog at this time. We are planning on having them in the near future though..... so check back regularly.
